Rating by category:
Very convenient to to all the places we visited.
The fact that they meet the online price that we had for the few weeks we were there.
the fact that we had to keep asking for towels every time they cleaned the room.
Loocation and cost.
It was definitely a cost-based decision and that definitely was true. It wasn't the nicest hotel but I didn't worry about cleanliness or anything.
Again, not very classy or nice.
It was quiet and we could rest well during our trip
Nothing really stood out about the hotel. It was recommeded to me for the location and fair price. The staff did not say much..just hi and bye. The accomendations were average to below average. I did not have a refrigerator or microwave, so the money I could have saved by staying there was spent on the local restaurants..
I did not like the fact that the rooms did not have a microwave and refrigerator..The hall way carpet has clearly outlasted its usefullness and retained a foul oder. I did not like the fact that there was only one courtesey business computer available.
The price was reasonable, the room was clean, easy access off the interstate.
The toilet was plugged when we checked in, unfourtunatly we didn't find out till the next morning when we tried to use it.This is a older hotel in need of a facelift.
Location was very good for our needs. Price is best around this area.
Though the room didn't smell like smoke and there were "no smoking" signs on every door, the the hallways reeked of smoke. Little skimpy on the towels, few and small.
The hotel was clean although showing its age in some places. But, I was worried after some of the comments on Booked.net that it was going to be a dive. That's not true at all. Our room was clean but as I said somethings were showing age--the fixtures in the bathroom for example, some carpet in the hallways, and some of the sheets should be retired-- clean but old/showing wear and tear. But, for $55 for a family of 5 it was a bargain. Kids had fun playing in the pool, great location and the front desk staff was great (except for the overnight guy lol.)
The Staff was very helpful, because my Dad was handicapped and they (Especially Rita Patel) went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed in our room. It was wonderful that they were very friendly, every morning saying, greeting you and seeing what you were going to do for the day and even giving you ideas.
I did not like the carpet going down the hall toward the laundry facilities. It was buckled up and not smothed out like it should have been. Could have been dangerous for someone like my Dad if he had to go down that way, but only I did because I did the laundry.
Large room, nice mattress, high speed internet was excellent. Good value for the money.
Lobby was very outdated and appeared like a motel in the middle of nowhere. Hall carpet needed to be replaced.
Stingy on towels, too thin
Location was great, room was quite big, fridge and microwave was a real bonus. We had a WIFI in our room and almost king size bed :). For a one night I could imagine a better place to stay. Price/value is a winner!
The location was great, the staff was very helpful and telling me how to get to the casino and Westfield mall.
The mattress was horrible but for the price it was ok, need to upgrade them.
Close to the event I was attending.
Needs updating. A restaurant in the motel would be nice.
